How metal powder is prepared

Cu, Fe base are used in powder metallurgy of the stainless steel, tungsten, nickel, silver etc.

1) Atomisation- Forcing molten metal as it comes into the stream here the metal is solidifing in small parts. powder here produced are of spherical in shape and have a layer of oxide on it. High a,mount6 of pressure is used and in water jet system but in air jet the oxidised particles are not acceptable but inert gas can be used that process is called gas atomisation.This metal powder producing is called Rapid solidification technology (RST).

2) Reduction processs- Hydrogen is used in this process, it combine with oxygen and then removed after combination. Iron, tungsten, nickel, cobalt, molybdenum powder are produced here.

3) Electrolysis - This process is applied and the powder part is needed is deposited.

4) Milling and grinding pulverisation method- In this process the small particles are crushed and powder is made in this process. This is also used for making malleable and ductile metals.

5) Shotting - Dropping the molten metal in water producing those particles for further crushing of that particles to produce powder.

6) Machining - Mainly used for producing magnesium, beryllium particles vapour condensation and granulation are also used n this process and this consist of rapid stirring of molten metal while it is cooling.

d) Flow rate or flowability

g) Sintering ability

h) Entering ability

These are of two types

: PRIMARY PROCESS

: SECONDARY PROCESS

First of all we will talk about Primary process-

* Blending or mixing - Mixing is done here of some materials and many non  metallic particles are added to some of the materials.

* Briquetting or Compacting - Concerting of the loose powder into green tis is done in steel dies and punches.

* Presintering - Heating the green compact, during blending removal of lubricant to increase green compact.

* Sintering - Strength of particles are increased.

Now talking about Secondary process

* Sizing

* Coining

* Machining

* Infiltration

* Impregnation

* Plating

* Heat treatment

Protest for Hong Kong

 STUDENTS PROTEST - HONG KONG

Student leaders protesting in Hong Kong the authorities of their have made the talk no more today and is scheduled on Friday. It seems that they are not being scared or serious about the issue for they are protesting.  Their flagging movement is now again on streets with their supporters. Leaders are lacking for their low strength for representing on streets if not be increased they will have to fail to their protest. Carrie Lam says " The dialogue cannot be deployed as an excuse to incite more people to join the protest". Government wants it to be stopped fast this continuity are making some problems.

They should talk about the issue so that a solution could be made except that it will only increase like fire not be solved and stopped. There should be protest but at reliable things and this could be one of those after talk. The leader of students Alex Chow calls for mobilization and wanted the government to be at their side and accept all at the Friday. Their thinking for this is stopping them for further action if any possibility occur the government would have to take an action on the students for stopping this all. Government is talking on this but not taking it seriously as to the extent  so that the problem could be solved easily.

This street protest have divided the people in Hong Kong which could result in further disobedience as some people and students are thinking of several civil disobedience from now, protest are never being successful without talk. Things are complicated but if not solved could become more and more that is only why  the issue should be solved with time before increasing as Hong Kong students are all affected by this and is making bad environment. Protest should be controlled now government should talk for this and should take it seriously and solved all the issues.

         FLORIDA WINS ON TENNESSEE: Mistakes will be improved 

Florida have confidence to continue its prestige for a a long of Tennessee in an unusual manner. Florida coach Will Muschamp said "We did the things we had to, especially down nine on the road in the fourth quarter. You make a quarterback change, and our guys didn't blink. They responded to it."
                          After Driskel Harris entered into field when Driskel went 11 of 23 for 59 yards. "We won't make any decision on who's going to start our next ballgame today," Muschamp said. "It was a very emotional win. We're going to go home, we're going to watch the film, we're going to see why we're not offensively doing some things we feel like are there. It wasn't all on Jeff."
                     Matt Jones rushed for 114 yards and had a 32-yard run to set up Hardin's winning kick. Austin Hardin with his first goal with 49-yarder and 6:20 time was remaining. Florida did its 9 point in opposite to Tennessee in fourth quater with its points 10-9 for victory in this final series. Aaron Medley made three field goals for Tennessee. Coach Butch Jones of Tennessee said "We didn't get it done. Case closed" sayings of them should be consierable more as an efficient marking for the new game.
When Muschamp turned to Hardin Florida made its 9-7 from the Tennessee 32 who attempted his first goal on feild this year. Hardin one of the main kicker with his goal making kicks, missed his kick over 52 yards on his try against Kentucky. When jalen tabour comes back in Florida the Tennessee was its score with 9-0 which led to 2 with 13:40 left.
Match in comparison was very interesting as their goals were tremendous but the mistakes that they did was not like a international player we really want them to be best at ita next time the coach that said will be also considered in future as per their saying.
