This department has 3 zones –

A zone

D ZONE-



Hood, trunk, rear door , front door is made here used for fitment in c zone. Mig welding is used in this zone.

Welding is done and front door are made , the rear doors are made. Now the trunk is made and the hood is made , this hood has curves which is done by robots present , they easily give curve to the hood .

When
 the parts are made then they are sent to the c zone to fit in the car body.

These are the zones of welding department that we have studied , as explained c zone is the heart of the welding zone but if the d zone will not make parts c zone will not work.


D zone comprises of  parts making for c zone . Welding department with zones , these zones are interelated to each other if one will stop working others will also stop . So the working of the zones should be good and effective .

       Robots work with their best effort , if one robot stops all lines are stopped.Working of robot is fast and it works on c program coded in it. These robots works where a man has to face a difficuilty while doing welding or other work and it consumes less time in doing work so it is effective. Spot welding is one of the most mature applications in robotics. The speed, precision, efficiency, and resulting cost reductions by robots by automated resistance spot welding  in the automotive industry. Industry requires the fastest solutions and good quality ways to make their products of good qulity and with consuming less time.  Including experts from the Big Three automakers, had a great choice to robots and their work. These engineers want more lighter-weight systems with increased cycle times , automobile sector is demanding of require spot welding robots..
 These zones of welding department makes the all work of welding complete, here the work of welding in car is completed and the car body is ready for paint shop.

This department has 3 zones –

D ZONE-
 It is the heart of the welding zone. It can be called as a main part of the C zone. Step by functioning is done in it side.

BUMPER-

  Bumper is being fitted with bolts and with help of pulse and battery tool. In this line two side working is their  from the left hand side and right hand, the line goes on running slowly.

DEBBURING-

Here the spots made during welding is removed, the surface is made smooth. Removing of spots, pin type particles made during the time of welding make the surface smooth.

BOLTING-

Bots are fitted as per their dimension from left hand side and the right hand side .type of socket is square. Each on left side and right side around 9 bolts are fitted . battery tool and the pulse tool are used.

T-STUD

No bolts are used here, a rubber type sealer material is fixed on top and at the required places where it should be used.

HINGE FILMENT-

Door hinges are fitted here where the door will be attached. On both the left side and the right side it is fitted. Are fitting the hinges the door are placed, if the hinges are not their we can’t place the doors. Hinge filment is on the right hand side and door hinge setting jig on the left hand side. Now it is ready for assembling doors.

REAR DOOR FITMENT-

Rear doors are fitted on the both sides by bolts with the help of pulse tool . Around four bolts are added on both sides. The doors on the rear are fitted here.

FRONT DOOR FITMENT-

Front doors are fitted with the help of pulse tool and by bolts. Around 4 bolts are fitted on both the sides . The type of socket are the square type. Front doors are fitted here .  Upto here the doors are fitted in the body of the car. 

TRUNK FITMENT-

Trunk is being fitted , there is no left side and nor right side . 4 bolts are fitted to fit it at the back. Type of socket is square(bi-hexa) here is fitting is done of trunk as the line goes on. Pulse tool are used in this fitment.

FENDER FITMENT-

Here in this fender is fitted in the body. Fender is the side upper part in front above the tyres are placed. About 3 bolts are fitted on both sides total 6 bolts with the help of pulse tool. In modern Indian and Sri Lankan English usage, the wing is called a mudguard. However, the term mudguard appears to have been in use in the U.S. at one point. The American author E.B. White, in an October 1940 Harper's essay, Motor Cars, refers to "...mudguards, or 'fenders' as the younger generation calls them."

HOOD FITMENT-

Hood is fitted here, the front part which covers the engine is called hood. 4 bolts are fitted to fix the hood. The hood (US & Canada) or bonnet (most) is the engine cover present in the front part. Here the bots are fitted with the pulse tool. 

TORQUE CHECK-

If there is any damage or the fitting problem , if there is any problem in the body made it is being checked here. If  there is any problem or damage then the body is sent again to rework on it.

REWORK-

Here the if  there is any problem or damage then the body work is done again here the work is done again. In car manufacturing, reworking involves completing the production steps not finished on the production line and/or rectifying the stages of production that were failed by Quality Assurance.

After this zone the body is transferred to the paint shop. The parts coming in the C zone for fitment are manufactured in the d zone. D zone explained on next post.

In this b zone side panels and roof are joint a frame is being made here. B zone is where the sealing is put in the side panels to avoid air blockage and making it tight. Here pin for car is also made for the car recognition.    

Vin punching (identification no.) –

Here is unique number is being made on the front  part of a car which is its unique face. This process of engraving is made by grinding on it. This is a separate part not in going procedure.

Here in this zone our welded floor is in preset, here roof and dash upper are placed and side comp and side panel are welded and made at the right as well as on the left side.here the parts are welded at different sides. Sealer is also added and in the side comp rear inner a thin sheet part is also welded and in side comp side panel is also welded. Now this all parts are put at their places and a robot is their which fit and weld all these parts side panel, side comp, roof, dash upper . here this robot welds the parts a frame is being ready now the farme is ready to go to C zone .

In this zone front comp , rear comp , front floor are made for the to join with each other to form floor com  . We make base of the car by doing welding in this zone on the parts came from the press department. Here the pressed thin sheets are welded by point  marks fixed on the sheets welding is done on it to make a desired floor from it .

Steps of procedure of welding in A zone –

1)      Thin sheets come from press department, and from this by operating a welding machine (spot welding ) welding is done on the point marked on it .

2)       Firstly rear comp is made and small sheets are added to it when it is made .

3)      Then it is  front floor is made  by adding some of the sheets to it.

4)      Same procedure is made for making front floor.

5)      Now the 3 parts made by welding and of adding of different small sheets welding goes where the robot is doing welding to join the these three parts.

6)      Now our floor comp is made.

By this process the base is made in the A zone , by doing spot welding on it . robot functioning is too fast ,it also do spot welding but the gun is bigger as compared to the gun used in before making the floor and comp.

Welding done by robot on the floor base our floor comp . here  all the three parts are attached to form a stiff base . It is useful as if  robot are fast and could weld at those positions where a man can’t do it easily. C zone on next page.

 Importance of fruits are their in life of people , they are benificial to us. As we know from the ancient times when we dont know about our todays delicious dishes and vegetables we are having them in our life as a raw product .

   Benifits of some fruits are here like oranges make our skin glowing and is benificial for our skin and eyes ,apple is an anti infectious fruit for human as we says "an apple a day keepsthe doctor away ". They increases our imune system and make us free from diseases . Cherries, stawberry and watermelon are good for human heart they are benficial for the beating rate of heart. Kiwi increases the bone mass as if a man doing muscle bulding kiwi could help him to grow his bone mass . So as explained for some fruits many others are benificial too.

 For an healthy future we should eat diffrent fruits  for our benifits. Mango seed is used as a medicine for treatment of cancer . Many things in todays life are made from fruits , tu give taste to our eatables  like in ice cream their are many according to our taste .  Recent studierg have found that eating greater varient reducerg the risk of diabetes  and has a stronger effect on growing life .  Healty life is essential in which a part of fruit could help as a magic .

    Today all people are busy as their shedule for work is fixed. Healthy lifestyle is very necessary for all but today we only think about lifestyle not on health. This is an hectic situation to unhealtiness, even if we are not taking a good sleep  .  A healthy mind lies in a healthy body should be kept in mind but due to this busy shedule we are lacking in imunity and health.                                                                                               People have earned th luxurious life which had make the intrection between the people weak . Due to this busy shedule people are indulged in their work as they are not even thinking of themselves , their should be some time for our own but they don't have it .
        In today busy world the life is busy mean that life own doesnt has its time to live . Tension , anger , anxeity etc. are their in life of people .  

The word busy should be avoided from our life for which we are busy . Busy day is not only the key of success . To avoid these tension and many more we should make our life not only busy and free  but a shedule which have some time for us .

  In hindu mythology their were many stories of god that were intresting and giving a moral for the future generation. The story that is published explains the parents respect and how great they are .   God mahadev the a creator of the earth and his wife god parvati  with their 2 son god ganesha and god kartiekya  . One day narada visited kailash (mahadev lived ) to see who is more inteligent among ganesha and kartike for this he gave a mango to lord Mahadev and said this mango is not an ordinary mango this is the special one and sweetest mango but you can not share it among all , only one person can eat this. When both the son heard about this special mango ganesha said i will eat this and kartike said no i will .They both began to compete each other who will eat it.            

                             
    Lord  Mahadev and parvati decided to do a competition between them who wins will get the mango , Narada thought and  said who will revolve around the whole world three times would be the  winner and will get the special mango. Kartike vehicle was peacock and ganesh vehicle was mouse.               When they heard about the competition kartike went on his peacock ganesha knew that he can not beat his brother  beacuse his vehicle is mouse and by his great thinking he revolved around his parents three  times. When kartike returned he saw mango in ganesha's hand he asked why you had not revolved around the whole world like me and yet  you have got the precious mango . Ganesha replied my parents are my whole world and  in place of going around the whole world i revolved around my parents .     Kartike felt bad as he could not thought of this . Lord Mahadev and parvati were happy from this by ganesh great respect for them .                                              

  Parents are all from our birth , it is also said  as per hindu mythology parents are all for us . This story showing respect to his parents was renowned of past and wanted the future generation to know how great our prericious and great our parents are in the universe . 

HIDDEN ALIEN'S UFO CRASH
