 A man goes on working hard, and even if he fails, he is never downcast.failures makes him all the more determined and he persists his task until he attains the desired achieves success and make his fortune. Military can be called  as army forces of a nation who use weapons legally for the sake nation with the permission of a government at the mainly border of a country and also whenever needed inside the country. A country is called a superpower by its weapons, arms and forces as they define the strength of a nation for wars.
Military people are trained hard to survive in any if the climate or surrounding or if fight with any one they make strong. They are trained how to deal with a weapon and use when necessary. They are trained many of the things required for military. Military forces sacrifice their life for our nation. Russia is the top one superpower in the world and then U.S and India and more countries. Russia have more arms and more forces than other countries. U.S has its navy, air force, marine corps, coast gaurd and same for the other countries like Russia, India, China, England and any more countries.

   Economy of defense on arms is very high as weapons are of high costs. Money spent in U.S on military of about 30 billion every year. A very large amount of money is spent on military by every country every year. Military expense are high but their is a need to spent money. Today every country wants to be on the first position of superpower  in the world. New technologies are used in weapons and army. Their training are very hard and are made tough. Everyone should be thankful to them as they are protecting them their each ad every second life is in danger.
Nation protection is in the hands of the military our nations army. Their lives are in danger and instead of thinking of that they sacrifice their life for country. Military creates saluted history and makes us proud and safe.

College the place where we do our higher studies, give our future a way to success. As we get placement in companies and pursue our graduation our life making time lives there and college selection is the important  for time us because of this. College is the only time we miss lot in our life, our friends and all the fun that we make with friends and the time spent with our teachers we remember them lot. College life is the only time where we live independently and do all that good things first in time that we have not done before in our school days, these all things that we do makes us experience that we have not done in the past days before college.
 The fun enjoyed with our friends, hostel life, our unity, that time we can't forget it makes feel us what we have lost in our life. The almost precious time should everyone enjoy. Game tournaments which we played wining, the way lose the match our all experience we will miss those moments , our college band , college bunks, classes bunk, interaction with teachers, first day of our college we will miss them too.
One thing the one an only girl we like the most can't be forgotten, the things we did to impress her. Following her path that one smile which make us happy as well as confused we love the most can't be forgotten. Simply all things that we did will be the most loving and precious days of our life and those are in high school will remember these days, enjoy these days it will not come again and also study hard the only best things about our college life that we could feel and remember.

Health is considered as true wealth.health has been defined as an equilibrium of mind,body and soul.it is our body that enables us to perform all our duties and enjoy all that the world has for us to offer. Health is said to be the first and foremost pleasure in life.it is the greatest gift that god given us.
Causes of health hazards- Moderation of society has provided comforts on one hand and brought hazards to health on the other hand.
1. Industrialization- with the growth of Industrialization, manual labor is virtually disappearing besides Industrialization has led to the advancement of science and technology which in turn is responsible for various type of pollution.
2 .Psychological pressures- Today a man is overburdened with different kind of pressures.they are leading to psychosomatic diseases like depression,high blood pressure and loss of memory.
3. Electronic pollution- E-smog,an invisible smog of electric and magnetic fields that envelops us all the time,causes cancer and various types of allergies.
4.Chemical pollution- Use of chemical manure and pesticides is also causing new ailments. Chemical waste is drained out in the rivers,ponds or lakes thus making potable water a source of poison.
How to preserve heath-
1. A cheerful mind is the first condition of being physically fit.good thoughts are the secret of good health.
2. The importance of games,sports and physical exercise can not be denied.after taking a nutritious diet,one most be able to digest it and this job is done by physical activity.
3. A sound sleep of about 8 to 10 hours each night works as tonic for health.
    It is obvious that if we do not have good health,all our wealth and luxuries become useless for us.in the        absence of health ,one is unable to enjoy the luxuries of a wealthy life.good health is the first requirement of our life.

Career options liked by girls-Because of the change in our social scenario, There are girls in every department.even they are working in the departments which are generally Considered more manly.they are pilots,politicians,police officers and even administrators.there are some careers in which girls preferred.the careers of nursing,telephone operating,typing,teaching in schools and working as air hostesses are nearly reserved for girls.
Some girls like to take up more challenging careers like piloting and being scientists.late Kalpana Chawla as well as Sunita Williams are a source of inspiration to those girls who want to be scientists.they can chose sports as their career.Women doing good in badminton,tennis.Every career is open for girls.girls from richer and more advanced families prefer to be administrators,doctors and engineers.these career give them better pay and higher status.in this way we see that girls are giving their contribution both on national and international levels.today girls are doing good in business too.
