EXERCISES FOR EYE SIGHT IMPROVEMENT
Eyes are the most important part of human body.we can not see this beautiful world without eyes.In these days 60% people have eyes problem all over the world. The causes of eye problem are using computer more then the time required study in low light. age effect or any diseases and stress.There are some useful solution to keep your eye sight healthy.Exercise is the best solution of any problem related to human body.if we want to solve any problem related to health we should do excises regularly.These are some good exercises for eyes.
*Palming-this is a very easy exercise and trust me it will help you lot in eye sight improvement. in this exercise just close your eyes put your both palm on the eyes. you can do this for 10 minutes do this exercise twice a day.
* Rounding-In this exercise turn your eyes right to left and left to right and then up to down. do this for 10 minutes and twice a day.this exercise will help you to improve your eyes sight and keep your eyes healthy.
* Blinking-blinking is the easiest exercise but very use ful when we generally use computers and mobile phones we forget to blink. Focusing on the screen without blinking can harm your eyes because they will give stress to your eyes and stress is not good for the eyes.
FOCUSING - Focusing is very useful exercise for eyes. For this exercise put your thumb in front of your eyes. just focus on your thumb then turn your thumb to right and turn your eyes with thumbjust your eyes not your face.Then turn your thumb left and your eye with thumb.

* Wash your eyes with triphla churna. this churna is very healthy to your eyes.
* Use honey put honey to your eye lashes and close your eyes keep it close for 10 minutes. honey is good dose to eyes.
*wash your eyes with zink water .when you wake up in the morning use zink water for wash your eyes.
Do these things if you want good eye sight -
* Take a break after 30 minutes when using computers. Break is very essential to get your eyes out of stress.
If you do late night studies use a proper light .if you are not using proper light they will give stress to your eyes.
* Wake up before the sun rises .
