An interview is a  conversation between two or more people the interviewer and interviewee where questions are asked by the  interview to obtain information from the interviewee. Interviews can be divided into two basic types first interviews of assessment second interviews for information.The most common type of interview for the assessment is the job interview between employer and applicant the goal of such an interview is to assess a potential employee to see if he or she has the show she'll skills intelligence suitable for workplace similar interviews and also use for admission to school allotment of grants in other areas. in most developed countries rules and regulations governing what can be asked in the interviews highly personal questions and doors and related to job at hand and forbidden as our questions with invite discrimination however some interviews 10 to 15 questions in order to see how the interview it reacts and if he or she is able to elegantly avert the questions then he scores high in the interview.
The second type of interviews are those seeking information about a subject .these type of interviews are central to the practices  of journalism and instructional design.Such interviews are also important to any non-fiction writer or researcher.

Tips for facing the interview-
*prior to entering the room,adjust your attire
*Before entering,esquire by saying please may i come in
*if the door is closed before you enter,make sure you shut the door behind you softly
*Face the panel confidently and the members
*If the members of the interview board want to shake hands,then offer a firm grip first maintaining eye contact with a smile
*Sit down only when asked to do so by the panel.if the interviewers are standing,wait for them to sit down first before sitting.
*An alert interviewee would diffuse tense situation with light-heated humor and immediately set rapport with the interviewers

Questions start the minute the interview does,and to show that you are an exceptional candidate,you need to be prepared to answer not only the typical question,but also the unexpected one, be patient and be active and give your answers different from others simply.
